Location: Enid OK
Contract: 14 weeks possible extension

Overview:
The Adult English Instructor will teach English skills for workplace application working with adult learners of varying proficiency levels. The role includes instruction lesson creation and learner assessment.

Responsibilities:

• Teach 610 hours/week of ESL/ESP.
• Create flexible lesson content.
• Record attendance and student outcomes.
• Attend required program meetings and events.

Requirements:

• TESOL certification.
• Native/near-native English fluency.
• Strong ESL instructional knowledge.

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree.
• 3 years experience with adult ESL.
• ESP background.
• Technology-based teaching ability.
