We are assisting our confidential client with the search for a Facility Access & Day Porter Assistant.
This individual will play a key role in supporting secure and efficient building access in alignment with established Facility Access and Security Procedures. As the first point of contact for all vendors, facility service providers, and maintenance personnel, the Facility Access & Day Porter Assistant will represent the organization with professionalism, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Length of Assignment : 12 months

Responsibilities
Manage the flow of the front desk, including greeting and assisting guests, and ensuring all facility access and security procedures are followed.
Support facility-related requests from staff through the service desk portal (e.g., JIRA) and assist with general administrative tasks.
Assist meeting and event coordinators with logistics for conference rooms, including scheduling, catering delivery, setup, and cleanup.
Support the onboarding and offboarding process by directing guests and vendors throughout the facility and coordinating access as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including regular cleaning of refrigerators, coffee machines, microwaves, and other shared appliances.
Conduct inventory checks and assist with ordering supplies and food items to ensure common areas are well-stocked.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and assist with shipping and inter-office deliveries.
Develop a basic understanding of the organization’s operations to provide enhanced service and build strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
Participate in the Emergency Response Team and assist in emergency preparedness and response activities.
Lead regular cleaning efforts in breakrooms and conference rooms on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Use space management tools (e.g., Maptician) to assist staff with reserving hot desks and float offices, ensuring approved use of shared spaces.
Maintain flexibility to travel between multiple local office locations (e.g., Bellevue and Everett) to provide support or backfill coverage as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications
Estimated Compensation Range : $19.00–$28.00 per hour. All experience levels considered.
