Construction Production Manager

As Production Manager for CRAWLSPACE MEDIC (CSM), you will assist in all aspects of the local market's management. You will play a supporting role in managing production, personnel and sales. Being a utility player will be key to success in this position. This includes (but is not limited to): oversight of inventory, purchasing and supplies; human resource tasks, including determining needs, hiring, training, and managing production employees; managing operations processes and strategy; and leading production crews in the field.

• Competitive Pay: base salary of $50,000+ (depending on experience/skill), plus bonus based on production performance. Total compensation upwards of $55,000-$70,000 per year.

• Is able to perform work requirements both in the office and in a crawlspace (must have the ability to walk, bend, crawl, lift, push, pull, grasp, and haul materials through a variety of crawlspace environments and communicate with teammates quickly and effectively to ensure safety and efficiency in the work environment); overnight travel may be required
• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly
• Previous experience in construction-related field is a plus

What Youll Do:

• Help Manage Production Calendar
• Material/Tool Inventory
• Office management including job audits, file management, etc.
• Manage Production Crews
  • Morning Dispatch: Work Orders, Graphs, Pick Sheets
  • HR Duties: Assist with Standards, Discipline, Uniforms, and Training; Lead and Manage crews in the field
  • Be able to perform CSM Services, including light carpentry, plumbing, masonry work, moisture remediation, and structural repair; be familiar with all means, methods, and materials needed in common crawl space repairs and develop solutions to correct problems identified
• Manage Trucks: Maintenance, gas, inspections, etc.
• Responsible for some inspections:
  • Identifying issues and creating a scope of work for repair/remediation
  • Identify common crawl space issues (with training)
  • Communicate well with customers before, during, and after inspections, explaining to them what was found and if anything needs to be repaired.
  • Communicate well with office staff and repair crews through developed scope of work and graph
• Participate in networking/marketing activities as time permits
• Help build a team environment in the local market
