Job Title: Business Execution Specialist (Contingent Resource)

Location: West Des Moines, IA
Team: Merchant Services Operations – Billing Operations

About the Role

As a Business Execution Specialist, you will support initiatives that improve operational efficiency and enhance business processes. You’ll work on low-to-moderately complex projects, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to help drive strategic decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in initiatives focused on process improvement within Business Execution.
• Review and analyze tactical assignments and challenges related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Conduct research and evaluate alternatives to recommend solutions for moderately complex situations.
• Exercise independent judgment while developing a strong understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely information to internal stakeholders in Business Execution.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in billing and data analysis with the ability to generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with merchant operations (preferred).
• Solid understanding of risk management and control processes.
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple lines of business.
