Restaurant and Kitchen Manager - Full-Service Restaurant and Bar

We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations and help elevate our established restaurant and bar to new heights!

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Salary based on experience (Up to $60k)

Key Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years in a Restaurant and / or Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or comparable leadership role
  • Experience managing a $2M+ sales volume restaurant
  • Strong skills in menu development and food cost management
  • Sanitation License and Food Handlers Certificate
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff

    • Responsibilities :

  • Oversee restaurant operations and kitchen operations, including scheduling, inventory, and team performance.
  • Ensure quality preparation and execution of menu items, meeting sanitation standards.
  • Lead hiring, training, and development of kitchen staff.
  • Monitor food costs, inventory, and minimize waste for efficiency.
  • Collaborate on recipe creation and menu updates.
  • Act as a Key Holder for opening and closing the kitchen.
  • Communicate with front-of-house staff on specials and menu changes.
