We areseekinga proactive hands-on Salesforce Administrator to join our team andexecute onour strategic Salesforce role is an expansion of a cross-functional team dedicated to internal tools growth reporting to the leadership of our business systems team with day-to-day collaboration andguidance from our Salesforce platforms technical lead and product owner.

You willbe responsible forconfiguringmaintaining andoptimizingour multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem including Service Cloud Data Cloud Marketing Cloud and connected the opportunity to work in a well-architected Salesforce environment equipped withcutting-edgetools including Data Cloud andAgentforce giving you hands-on experience with the latest innovations in the Salesforce ecosystem.

The administrator will collaborate with operationsand technology stakeholders toidentifyopportunities for process improvements troubleshoot user issues providetrainingand support and implement effective solutions that align with position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced fintech environmentleveragingyour in-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices while working withcutting-edgetechnology and AI-powered productivity tools.

What Youll Do :

• Manage the configuration and maintenance of our Salesforce platform and integrated toolsleveragingyour in-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices

Managethe full project lifecycle including gathering requirements developing solutionsand ensuring effective implementation and user adoption

Salary Range : $100000 - $120000

The actual salary offered will be based on the candidates level of experience and qualifications

Discretionary performance bonus : 8-12% of base salary based on individual and company performance
