A company is looking for an Account Manager / Sr. Account Manager for the US West region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage post-sale relationships for a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and renewals
Execute renewal processes and identify churn risks while collaborating with Sales for accurate forecasting
Identify expansion opportunities within existing customers and advocate for customer needs to inform product development
Required Qualifications
2-4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success in a B2B environment, preferably in biotech or pharma
Proven track record of managing renewals and supporting account growth
Comfortable communicating with scientific, technical, and business stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement analytics
Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
