We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience implementing SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ solutions. This role will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex IGA projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance requirements, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end delivery of SailPoint IGA projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure (sailpoint would be a nice to have).

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

Manage Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.

Coordinate with technical teams to design, configure, and deploy SailPoint features.

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Support change management and user adoption strategies.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in Agile environments.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and JIRA Align.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required

Understanding and experience working with Scrum and Kanban teams.

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60 – $70 per hour.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
