Pay Rate : $16.50 per hour

Schedule :

Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM–3 : 00 PM

Overtime possible

About the Role

AppleOne is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Document Specialists for a long-term opportunity in Parma, OH. This position plays an important role in preparing, organizing, and processing incoming documents for digital conversion. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and working in a team environment, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Open, sort, and prep incoming mail and documents
• Prepare documents for scanning and assist with occasional glass copying
• Follow instructions accurately and maintain strong attention to detail
• Perform general clerical and processing tasks as assigned
• Lift and move materials between 10–50 lbs as needed
• Work in a position that involves standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting
• Experience with scanning or printing equipment is a plus but not required
