Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid media advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram
Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure ads align with brand messaging and optimize for engagement
Research and define target audiences to maximize ad performance and manage advertising budgets across multiple platforms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
3-5 years of experience in paid media advertising, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Google Ads suite and social media advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools for performance tracking
Experience with A / B testing, conversion rate optimization, and multichannel campaign management
