Qualifications

Required qualifications :

1. Bachelors degree in business or related field required.

2. Minimum of ten (10) years of hospital operations at the leadership level.

3. Responsible for the measurement / effectiveness of all internal / external processes.

4. Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure.

5. Ability to oversee major workforce / resource decisions.

6. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially.

Preferred qualifications :

1. Masters degree in business or related field preferred.

Pay Transparency

The hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employee flexibility to tailor benefits according to individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $180,000.00 to $250,000.00. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selection based on a range of factors including skill set, years of experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
