The Role

Hazel Health is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant (Entry Level) to support day-to-day accounting operations across a fast-growing healthcare organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to learn, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys working across functions to ensure financial accuracy and operational excellence. You will contribute to core accounting processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, reconciliations, and monthly close.

The ideal candidate is organized, curious, analytical, and comfortable navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You should have a strong interest in accounting fundamentals, a willingness to dive into details, and a desire to grow within a mission-driven company.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $55,000 - $70,000, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, stock options, and a broad range of other benefits and perks. Review our benefits at Hazel Health Benefits.
