Join Ferguson as our Dealer Program Manager HVAC. This outstanding opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on our HVAC dealer programs across the Southwest region. You will work closely with the HVAC Director to drive dealer prospecting, growth, and conversion to in-market brands, ensuring flawless execution of our ambitious goals.

This role is ideally based in Chandler, AZ (preferred). However, we will also consider candidates living in the following metro areas, who can office out of one of our local Area offices :

• Metro Phoenix, AZ
• Las Vegas, NV
• Salt Lake City, UT
• Denver, CO

This position supports dealer program growth across the region and will require regular travel to support customers and internal teams.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
