[job_card.job_description]Knowledge of tools, products, and services available in the total store Creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests Engaging with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs Selecting items for order pickup, drive up and ship to home for digital guest orders Accurately putting on hold all order pickup and drive-up orders Properly preparing, packing and sorting guest orders for shipment using correct materials Delivering quality and accuracy with each order while meeting timeliness goals Maintaining your workspace and supplies Properly using equipment while following safety best practices Following all safety guidelines, operating procedures, product freshness and quality standards Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance Supporting guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and drive up All other duties based on business needs Enjoys interacting and helping others Thrives in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role Is open to working a flexible work schedule Must be at least 18 years of age or older Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members Learn and adapt to current technology needs Work both independently and with a team Resolve guest questions immediately Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment Accurately handle cash register operations as needed Climb up and down ladders Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely Flexible work schedule Capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
Fulfillment Expert
Starting hourly rate : $16.00 USD per hour
