A company is looking for a Telehealth Physical Therapist licensed in FL, GA, NC, SC, or VA (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

Deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development

Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services and support digital services with documentation

Develop regional strategy for growth and implementation of digital services while collaborating with other departments

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist License in FL, GA, NC, SC, or VA

Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience

Bilingual fluent in English / Spanish

Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred

Willingness to obtain PT licensure in additional states
