We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Patient Consultant (Business to Consumer) to join our team at Dental Implants GPS. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and providing a consultative approach to understand customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with their goals. Job Details

• Compensation : Hourly Base : $65,000 - $80,000 plus commission (OTE : $160,000-$180,000)
• Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 7 : 00am-5 : 00pm
• Location : Palmdale, Ca

Responsibilities :

Conducting consultations with patients to understand their oral health needs, goals, and expectations.

Providing detailed information about the benefits, process, and expected outcomes of full arch implant procedures.

Assisting patients in making informed decisions by presenting treatment options and addressing any concerns or questions.

Developing customized treatment plans and cost estimates for patients, ensuring clarity and transparency.

Collaborating with the dental team to coordinate treatment schedules and ensure seamless patient experiences.

Following up with patients to answer additional inquiries, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, focusing on patient satisfaction and retention.

Attending relevant dental conferences and events to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Keeping accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress.

Qualifications :

Experience as a sales consultant or a similar role, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office.
