• Maintain and improve the functionality of systems, through technological innovation and software development
• Provide support to users in existing and new applications within the company
• Analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and technical documentation of applications.
• Relational database design.
• Carry out quality developments from the first delivery.
• Application maintenance.
• Ensure the continuous operation of applications.
• Perform the initial training of the applications to the key users.
• Process automation and application reengineering.
• Proposal of improvements for the optimization of processes and applications.
• Evaluation and impact of application changes.
• User support, with a service attitude.
• Work in a proactive and preventive way.
• Incident investigation and root remedies.
• Compliance with department metrics.
• Ensure the integrity of application information.
• Implement and ensure that your work team implements the necessary health, safety and environmental measures to maintain the physical integrity of the staff.
