PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION :

To work in a fast-paced and often intense learning environment to provide activities and care to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

HS Diploma

Must be able to pass a background check, Recipient Rights background check and TB test

Immediate completion of online training, CPR, and Fingerprinting

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, and standing) for extended periods of time

Must be willing to sit on the floor for extended periods of time

Must be willing to work in various environments as the center and community settings.

Valid Drivers License and Proof of Insurance required, and reliable transportation

Must have access to email and phone contact and reply in a timely manner, no less than 48 hours.

Responsible for the day-to-day execution of a behavioral health plan.
