Our client, a wholesale produce company based in Philadelphia, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing A / R processes within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and send accurate invoices to customers
• Monitor receivables and apply cash payments
• Follow up on outstanding balances and handle collections
• Investigate and resolve billing issues or discrepancies
• Maintain clear records of A / R transactions and communications
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
