Your Daily Responsibilities

As a Behavior Analyst, you will :

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create individualized ABA therapy plans.
• Supervise RBTs and students in the field, ensuring they provide ethical and high-quality services.
• Offer guidance to parents and caregivers to enhance skill development.
• Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team including speech, occupational, and mental health professionals.
• Monitor progress, draft treatment plans, and refine interventions based on clinical data.
• Engage in clinical team meetings and participate in ongoing learning cohorts.
