Key Responsibilities
Lead the coordination and execution of global compensation programs, ensuring alignment with strategies and timely updates to stakeholders
Manage the entire project lifecycle for compensation initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget constraints
Develop project plans and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and ensure consistency in compensation processes globally
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
5+ years of experience in compensation program management with a focus on global coordination and project management
Proven track record of managing large-scale compensation programs across multiple regions
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple global initiatives and deadlines
Expertise in compensation tools and systems, particularly HRIS and data analysis software
