Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC , a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking full-time Logistician I. This exempt position is located in Philidelphia, PA.

  • ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED
  • Responsibilities :

Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management

  • Support the logistics management of the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources
  • Responsible for managing lifecycle of hardware and software asset
  • Managing and tracking software licenses, reviewing volume and expenditure purchase agreements to ensure license compliance
  • Resolve discrepancies identified in asset management database and update the asset management database upon any custodial change
  • Support the implementation and management of program changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved.
  • Experience with developing budgets and operating plans for programs (program spend plans).
  • Reconciliation of discovered assets that are not tracked in the asset management database
  • Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management

    • Qualifications Requirements :

    Active Secret Security Clearance

  • High School or GED certificate
  • Experience shall include at least two (2) years of support with C4ISR or similar systems, to include : Analyzing Contracts, Analyzing System Design Specifications, Analyzing Engineering / Systems Management
  • Data, Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures, and Developing Logistics Management Plans and Guidelines. Experience supervising Logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision

    • Desired Experienced :

    Experience in logistic packing and shipment of assets

  • Experience working with a CMDB and the specific business services that it supports
  • Understanding of IT Service Management processes
  • The ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision
