Location:

This position is based in Port St. Lucie, FL, serving patients in Martin and St. Lucie Counties, FL, and surrounding areas.

Your role as a Home Hospital Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Home Hospital RN, you'll bring exceptional care directly to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and heal safely. This position is unique and doesn't require the Medicare OASIS documentation. You will deliver personalized, patient-centered care while leveraging advanced technology and AI-supported tools designed to streamline documentation and improve efficiency.

This specialized division within our agency primarily provides patients with higher acuity treatments and education surrounding more acute complications such as:

• TPN administration
• Chest tubes
• Lab Draws
• IV Therapy/Maintenance
• Wound vacs/wound care
• Post-surgical rehabilitation
• Respiratory care
• Patient and caregiver education

Qualifications:

• Unincumbered Florida Registered Nurse license (required)
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation (required)
• Home health care experience is preferred, but not required

• Schedule: We are hiring a modified full-time RN to fill set, consistent schedules (no fluctuations):
  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | 7 AM – 7 PM
• Compensation: Competitive pay at $38–$40/hour. Plus, additional earning opportunities through per-visit home health care—giving you the flexibility to maximize your income.
