Position : Senior Installation Team Lead AIT (Alteration Installation Team)

Join our National Security Sector supporting shipboard installations both locally and abroad. This hands-on leadership role involves extended travel, physical work, and a dynamic schedule (up to 6 days / week, 10 hours / day). Federal holidays observed.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage Level 1 & 2 team members, including timecards, training, and performance feedback
• Support the Project Engineer with personnel, planning, and execution of installations
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with contractual and safety standards
• Coordinate with OSIC, ship's force, and customers to meet milestones and resolve conflicts
• Maintain documentation, QA tracking, and inspection records
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through clear communication and reliable execution
