As a Linux Automation Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and securing information technology systems and directly supporting customer mission-critical capabilities using industry standard automation tools. You will work closely with program developers and system engineers to research issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions to system problems. Must be able to support occasional after-hours maintenance and on-call support, and must be able to lift to 35 pounds in support of hardware installations. Occasional travel may be required for installation support. This position is an onsite role. This is a contract opportunity for 12 months. Clearance Active TS / SCI w / Poly. / ppThe Ideal candidate will have : / pulliTypically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or a masters degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience. / liliAn active cyber security certification, qualified for DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 on start date. / liliExperience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) based systems. / liliUsing and developing automation tools / frameworks such as Ansible, as well as scripting, primarily Bash and Python. / li / ulpQualifications we prefer : / pulliDeployment and administration of systems, storage, and networking in virtualized environments using VMware vCenter. / liliExperience managing network devices. / liliExperience administering Windows-based systems. / liliExperience with pipeline tools such as Jenkins and Artifactory. / liliDemonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with efficiency. / li / ulpPay Rate : $82 - $92 / hr.
