Licensed Assistant Corporate Counsel

Key Responsibilities

Advise leadership and cross-functional teams with practical legal support

Draft and review contracts in various legal areas

Support HR and leaders on employment law and workplace policies

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) with active bar admission in good standing (U.S.)

1-3 years of litigation experience, including labor and employment law

1-3 years of healthcare staffing or temporary staffing experience

Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
