Insurance Sales Representative The Carballo Agencies (Allstate)

Location : Fort Lee, NJ

Compensation : $61,920 to $73,920 average first-year earnings

Schedule : Full-time | In-office | MondayFriday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 15 PM

Responsibilities

  • Engage with qualified prospects to understand their insurance needs and deliver customized coverage options.
  • Follow up with inbound and agency-generated leadsno hunting required.
  • Build rapport with clients, overcome objections, and close business confidently.
  • Maintain client and policy data in the agency CRM.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics and contribute to team success.
