What You’ll Do :
Manage warm listing & buyer appointments generated by our marketing and inside-sales team.Convert leads through a consultative sales approach and diligent follow-up.Conduct buyer & seller consultations, market analyses, and open houses.Oversee transactions from contract to closing with the support of our back-office team.Learn and apply creative deal structures (cash offers, guaranteed sale programs, seller finance, subject-to, etc.).Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships to expand your personal business pipeline.Stay informed on local market conditions and community resources.Who We’re Looking For :
Active Oregon and / or Washington real estate license (or ability to obtain within 60 days) .Full-time dedication — this is a career, not a side gig.Coachable, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.Excellent communicator with strong organizational and time-management skills.Comfortable with daily prospecting and outbound outreach when needed.Tech-savvy and ready to adopt proven systems and tools.Previous sales experience preferred but not required.Compensation & Perks :
Pay range : $48,226.91 – $196,492.21 per year (varies with production).Income potential : Top producers commonly earn $120K–$170K+ in their first year on the team.Supplemental pay : Bonus pay, commission pay.Benefits : Flexible schedule, Monday–Friday core hours with self-determined scheduling and some weekend availability required.World-class marketing, training, and admin support to accelerate your business growth.Ready to elevate your career?
