Per Diem CNA / HHA

Responsibilities (will vary by client) :

Light housekeeping

Meal preparation

Transportation

Companionship

Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming)

Follow a plan of care

Communicate professionally with families and your team

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment

HHA / CNA

TB Test or Chest X-ray

Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Level 2 Background Check

CEU's (Alzheimer / Dementia, HIV / AIDs certificates)

Prior home care experience a plus

Access to email and a mobile smart device

Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care

We're a great fit for you if you :

Are currently Florida HHA / CNA

Maintain current CPR and First Aid certification and continuing education requirements

Current Physical & PPD or Chest X-Ray

HIV / Aids training

Assisting with self-medication training

Alzheimer's training

Level 2 Background Fingerprinting (will schedule if needed)

Hold a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record

Have a smart phone and email account

Understand the importance of ethics and client confidentiality

Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment

Required : Pick up 5 shifts minimum a month

Standard shift :

Day shift

Night shift

Weekend shift

Overnight shift
