Key Responsibilities
Configure applications and services based on client requirements
Conduct internal tests and client user acceptance testing for new configurations
Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of tasks
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in a related field or role
Advanced experience in configuring and managing service-related platforms
Intermediate knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Intermediate skills in MS products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proven track record of completing advanced tasks and methodologies
