Required Qualifications
Experience building and scaling global SDR or BDR teams in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven track record of delivering predictable pipeline through various sales motions
Strong partnership experience with Marketing and Sales to enhance funnel efficiency
Ability to design SDR operating models that align with company growth
Experience in implementing metrics and reporting for SDR performance management
