Maintenance Services Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Maintenance Services to manage operations and personnel for a maintenance location.

Key Responsibilities

Manage workflow, including planning, scheduling, and productivity tracking for technicians

Oversee labor management, including training, development, and performance management of personnel

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED required

One to three years of experience in a maintenance operations environment required

Microsoft Office Intermediate skills required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

0 to 1 year experience with Shop Management Systems preferred
