ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are an established State Farm insurance agency focused on
general market (English-speaking) insurance sales, with the majority of new business generated through
online activity and internet leads.
This position is designed for a
licensed sales professional who is comfortable working with
online leads, phone consultations, and virtual meetings, rather than walk-in traffic. Most new households and sales opportunities come from
search engine traffic, vendor-provided internet leads, and digital inquiries.
What Youll Do Handle
inbound internet leads generated from online marketing, search engines, and lead vendors
Contact prospects primarily by
phone, email, and virtual meetings Quote and explain auto, home, life, and related insurance products to
general market English-speaking clients Follow up consistently with new leads to convert opportunities into new households
Manage your own sales pipeline, activities, and follow-ups
Accurately document client interactions and policy information
What Were Looking ForActive Property & Casualty insurance license (required) Prior insurance sales or phone-based sales experience preferred
Comfortable with
high-volume outbound and inbound contact Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients remotely
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a virtual sales flow
Comfortable using CRM systems and working with internet-generated leads
