Qualifications :

A minimum of 5 years of transactional real estate experience at a law firm.

Experience with purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements is required.

Experience with joint ventures and borrower-side financing is preferred.

Strong academic credentials and exceptional research, writing, and communication skills .

Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and effectively work within a team.

A proactive, client-service orientation with the ambition and drive to contribute to a growing national practice.

Requirements :

JD from an accredited law school.

Admission to the IL Bar

Submission of a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet is required.
