Senior Proposal Coordinator

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? A growing commercial construction firm in Denver is looking for a Senior Proposal Coordinator to help drive winning proposals for exciting projects.

What You’ll Do :

Lead and manage the proposal process from start to finish, including RFP / RFQ responses.

Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and leadership to gather information and ensure proposals are accurate and compelling.

Develop, edit, and format high-quality proposal documents and presentations.

Maintain proposal content libraries and templates for efficiency and consistency.

Support strategic initiatives to improve proposal success rates and processes.

What We’re Looking For :

3–5 years of experience in proposal coordination, preferably in construction or engineering.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with proposal software is a plus.

A proactive, team-player attitude with a keen eye for detail.
