Key Responsibilities
Maintain customer retention and manage churn metrics through proactive strategies
Serve as a strategic partner to merchants by managing accounts and driving product adoption
Source expansion opportunities and ensure successful onboarding for customers
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company
Familiarity with retention and expansion playbooks
Ability to work in a high-volume environment
Positive attitude and high energy
Bonus : Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Google Shopping
