Key Responsibilities

Investigates all aspects of auto claims, exercising discretion and independence

Applies understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships

Identifies customer needs and collaborates with representatives on fraud or subrogation claims

Required Qualifications

2 or more years of related experience

Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses as required

Intermediate understanding of insurance policies

Experience in customer service orientation

Strong time management skills
