A company is looking for a Payment Processing Specialist responsible for managing payment-related transactions and ensuring compliance with loan documents.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor compliance with loan documents and process various payment transactions
Prepare documentation for reporting and compliance purposes, and audit cash flows
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to transactions and fund transfers
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred
3+ years of experience in banking or commercial / consumer loan servicing
Proficient with Excel reports, formulas, and analysis
Experience with reconciliations and various payment processing methods
Ability to identify processing inefficiencies and collaborate for improvement
