Nealy Pierce has partnered with a multi-campus, non-profit health system that has served its community for over 50 years to recruit an experienced Manager, Cardiovascular Services (RN) to join its leadership team.

About the Manager, Cardiovascular Services (RN) Role:

• Innovative trauma center and heart hospital that performs advanced and complex cardiac procedures
• Position reports directly to a transformational and collaborative Administrator
• The Director will manage a team of 55+ FTE’s including a team of Coordinators across the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, EP Lab, Special Procedures, and Prep and Recovery Departments
• This is an operations based position and we are seeking a candidate who has a proven track record of success in managing operations across CV services, with an emphasis on Cath Lab / EP Operations

Requirements for Manager, Cardiovascular Services (RN):

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (BSN) / Master's preferred
• RN Active License
• Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience in Cardiovascular Services
• Demonstrated success in quality performance, improving customer experience and employee engagement, and stewardship in growth and operations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including public relations and presentation abilities
• Able to work collaboratively with physicians and the health system leaders
• Collaborative and transformational leadership style that others gravitate to and want to follow
