Pediatrics Physician

Position : Physician (Pediatrics) Location : Oakhurst / Coarsegold, CA Reports To : Chief Medical OfficerDepartment : MedicalSalary : $255,000 - $275,000Summary : Provide primary pediatric care in a community clinic. Manage patient care, participate in hospital duties, and support the organization s mission and values.Responsibilities : Patient Care : Diagnose, treat, document (SOAP format), and refer patients Review labs, x-rays, and referrals Develop treatment plans per protocols Supervise mid-level providers Participate in on-call and phone triage (every 3 5 months)Medical Records : Maintain accurate, timely documentation Complete and sign encounter formsTeamwork : Participate in peer review and quality initiatives Refer to support services as needed Attend staff / clinician meetings and daily huddlesExpectations : Punctual and reliable Flexible with extended hours Professional and collaborativeRequirements : Valid CA Physician License Current CPR / BLS certification Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred Strong communication and commitment to care
