Join Moss Roofing as the General Manager

Location : Columbus, Ohio

Moss Roofing is expanding, and were looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our brand-new Columbus location! If youre a results-driven leader with a passion for building top-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is your chance to make a big impact in a growing company.

    • What Youll Do as General Manager :

  • Launch and manage day-to-day operations for the Columbus branch
  • Hire, onboard, and develop your local team to drive strong performance
  • Oversee residential roofing projects from lead generation to completion, ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction
  • Manage branch financials, P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to hit revenue and profitability goals
  • Build strong relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and local partners to expand Moss Roofings reputation in the market
  • Maintain safety, compliance, and operational standards aligned with Moss Roofings processes
  • Report regularly on branch performance and strategic growth opportunities

    • What Were Looking For in a General Manager :

  • Proven leadership experience in roofing, construction, home services, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, project management, and financial performance in a branch or multi-team environment
  • Ability to recruit, train, and motivate teams to achieve goals
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a new branch successfully
  • Comfortable using technology for estimating, scheduling, and reporting
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
