DIVISION / LOCATION : Allura / California & Arizona

POSITION TITLE : Interior Sales Specialist

REPORTS TO TITLE : Area Sales Manager

GENERAL FUNCTION

This is an outside sales role focused on driving volume growth, account penetration, and channel development across Tile, Stone, Lumber, Gypsum Distribution and Dealer and markets.

  • Sales Growth :
  • Achieve year-over-year (YOY) volume growth and expand stocking positions.
  • Customer Engagement :
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Channel Development :
  • Identify and convert users through multiple distribution channels.
  • Product Promotion :
  • Demonstrate and position Allura products to replace competitive offerings.
  • Account Management :
  • Conduct reviews and manage key dealer and contractor accounts.
  • Event Execution :
  • Organize contractor events via channel partners.
  • Market Intelligence :
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination :
  • Work with marketing, logistics, technical services, and other internal teams.
  • Sales Funnel Management :
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Proposal Development :
  • Create clear and compelling proposals and quotations.
  • Issue Resolution :
  • Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Trade Show Participation :
  • Represent Allura at industry events and conventions.
  • EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5 years+ of successful outside sales experience selling value-added solution products to customers
  • Previous experience in construction a must
  • Specifics in flooring, ceramic tile and stone is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree (Sales and / or Marketing preferred)
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
  • A valid driver’s license is required.

COMMENTS

  • This position will require up to 75% travel within the territory / region.
