We’re opening a brand-new Amaro’s Table location in East Vancouver, and we’re looking for a talented and driven General Manager to lead the way.


Our award-winning concept, Amaro’s Table, has proudly served the community since 2018, owned by local chefs who take great pride in bringing both quality and value to every guest. Known for thoughtful hospitality, scratch-made food, and a beverage program that continually earns “Best Cocktail” awards, we’re excited to bring our unique blend of heart and craft to a new neighborhood—and we need someone special to help lead the charge.

What We’re Looking For


Experienced Leadership
 You bring 5+ years of restaurant leadership experience, including at least 2 years in a General Manager role within a full-service, guest-focused environment.


Hospitality-Driven Mindset
 You understand that great service starts from the top. You’re committed to building a culture where every guest feels seen, valued, and welcomed.


Team Development
 You’re a mentor at heart. You invest in your people, nurture their growth, and help them thrive.


Operational Excellence
 You know how to balance the demands of a scratch kitchen, a high-performing bar, and a busy dining room, all while keeping quality and consistency at the forefront.


Strategic & Detail-Oriented
 You’re confident in managing budgets, labor, and inventory, while also keeping a close eye on guest feedback, team dynamics, and the overall vibe of the restaurant.


What You’ll Do


  • Lead daily operations with a strong focus on hospitality, teamwork, and efficiency
  • Build and maintain a positive culture that reflects the spirit of Amaro’s Table
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members with an eye toward long-term growth
  • Collaborate with your management team to ensure consistent, high-quality food and beverage execution
  • Manage labor, food, and beverage costs, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
  • Maintain compliance with safety, health, and employment regulations
  • Champion our award-winning bar program, encouraging beverage knowledge and passion for craft cocktails across the team
