Global Head of Employee Share Plans

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Employee Share Plans.

Key Responsibilities

Lead global plan administration and processing for employee share plans

Oversee participant support and ensure high-quality client service

Manage client implementations and event services, ensuring seamless onboarding and delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

10+ years in employee share plans, compensation, or client servicing, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role

Experience in employee share plan operations and client servicing

Strong project management and implementation skills

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and governance
