Key Responsibilities
Analyze, design, implement, and administer compensation programs ensuring compliance and alignment with strategic objectives
Conduct job evaluations, maintain job descriptions, and review compensation data for competitiveness and compliance
Collaborate with various teams to address compensation-related issues and support HR initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR Business Partner, or financial analysis
Experience in utilizing and extracting data from relational databases
Demonstrated project and time management skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
