We are seeking a dynamic and efficient Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in Ham Lake, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our fast-paced food service environment.
- Assist in managing daily store operations and staff supervision
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service
- Oversee inventory management and stock control
- Process and manage customer orders, including telephone orders
- Operate and maintain various equipment in the store
- Train and develop team members on proper procedures and customer service
- Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support the implementation of company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the management team to improve store performance and efficiency
