THe Premeir culinary school of the south! State-of-the-art facility that offers Associate dgrees in Culinary Arts Qualifications Effectively teach prescribed coursework within the culinary arts program to students, using a variety
of teaching methods that encourage active involvement/participation by the students, even in a
lecture class.
Show evidence of planning for classes to be taught, including care in preparation of teaching
materials and handouts.
Provide reflective and conscientious feedback on students' work.
Maintain office hours each week and regularly participate in after-school activities, including
competitions.
Advise students throughout the school year.
Participate in the admissions process through the evaluation of potential students.
Establish and maintain relationships with local food service employers and vendors.
Regularly participate in continuing education activities, including maintaining and acquiring
certifications.
Promote high standards of ethical and professional conduct.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties, as assigned.
Requirements/Preferences

• Preference given to CEC and CCE certifications through the ACF and/or teaching experience.
• Must minimally possess an Associate’s degree in Culinary from an accredited institution (Bachelor’s
  degree preferred).
• Must minimally posses five (5) years of post-graduate experience in the Culinary Arts.
