Construction General Laborer – Experienced Candidates Only (Las Vegas, NV)

Fuze HR Solutions – Las Vegas, NV

Pay : $16.00-18.00 per hour

Schedule : Full-time / Project-Based (Multiple Active Job Sites)

About the Role :

Fuze HR Solutions is seeking experienced Construction General Laborers to join our growing team for ongoing projects throughout the Las Vegas area.

We’re looking for dependable and motivated individuals who take pride in their work, understand the pace and safety standards of construction sites, and can contribute immediately to active crews.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with a solid background in construction or similar environments who are looking for consistent work and room to grow.

Responsibilities :

Load, unload, and stage materials, tools, and equipment on active job sites

Support skilled trades (carpenters, framers, drywall installers, etc.)

Assist with job site preparation, debris removal, and general cleanup

Operate hand and power tools safely as directed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

Follow instructions from foremen or site leads to complete daily tasks efficiently

Requirements :

1–2 years of experience in construction or a similar work setting (required)

OSHA-10 Construction Certification (required)

Own PPE : hard hat, safety vest, steel-toe boots, gloves, and safety glasses

Reliable transportation to and from job sites (no drop-offs or carpooling)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding labor for extended periods

Strong attention to safety, teamwork, and communication

Preferred Skills (a plus but not required) :

Experience operating basic power tools or light equipment (skid steer, forklift, etc.)

Knowledge of construction site protocols and safety compliance

Experience assisting multiple trades on fast-paced projects
