America's Car-Mart is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our friendly team. Compensation : $40,000 to $47,000 annually (hourly + commission)

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Greet customers upon sight and assist them in the selection of a quality vehicle
• Take customers on test drives
• Introduce every customer to the General Manager or Assistant Manager
• Inspect automobiles daily and report problems to the management team
• Explain current promotions to customers
• Complete and explain the sales quote and application paperwork
• Daily prospecting for sales leads
• Maintain lot merchandising and vehicle presentation materials
