Location : UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central, Colorado Springs, CO

Department : UCHlthMG MFM

Work Hours : Part Time, 0.5 FTE (40.00 hours per pay period, two weeks), Day Shift

Pay : $40.40 - $56.56 per hour, commensurate with experience

Summary :

In this role, you will perform sonography procedures following established standards, policies, and values of our organization. Your expertise will contribute significantly to patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review patient histories and physician orders, and facilitate scheduling.
• Educate patients about procedures and ensure understanding and cooperation.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within your scope of practice.
• Continuously monitor patient conditions, reacting to changes as needed.
• Prepare and operate imaging equipment, selecting exposure factors and parameters accurately.
• Implement safety standards and perform quality control on equipment.
• Analyze imaging results for quality assurance and address any issues promptly.
• Input, transmit, and report scan results, and collaborate with Radiology students as needed.
